Comics Final Order Cutoff – 26th November 2022

This is your weekly reminder that Final Order Cutoff (FOC) orders are due by 10am on Saturday! Send an email over to shop@proudlion.co.uk to add any of these titles to your orders or pull list. This week’s FOC includes the return of the Dead Boy Detectives, revisiting the classic Avengers, new beginnings for Superman and the Green Lanterns, and a brand-new slice of lore from the Slaughterverse! PLUS, the start of the gorgeous Marvel Comics Disney100 variant covers!

Some publishers are no longer offering later printings, and some titles sell out on release. Orders placed after FOC rely on extra stock being available, so get your order in today so you don’t miss out!

MARVEL COMICS DISNEY100 VARIANT COVER PROGRAM – Throughout 2023 Marvel Comics will be celebrating Disney’s 100th anniversary with the special monthly DISNEY100 VARIANT COVER PROGRAM featuring Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy, and more! These first-of-its-kind art pieces will see Disney’s iconic characters immersed in the magic of Marvel storytelling as they pay homage to legendary moments in the Marvel Comics mythos, including Captain America assembling Earth’s Mightiest Heroes in Avengers #4, as well as the groundbreaking debut issues of Fantastic Four and The Incredible Hulk.

With 12 covers to collect in total, fans can choose their favourites or add the entire set to their Reservation Service pull list!

Kicking off with the AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #17 DISNEY100 VARIANT on FOC this week and on sale early January 2023, upcoming Disney100 variants will include the AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #19 DISNEY100 VARIANT (February 2023) and the AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #21 DISNEY100 VARIANT (March 2023), with more to be revealed in the coming months!

SANDMAN UNIVERSE DEAD BOY DETECTIVES #1 (OF 6) – The Sandman Universe expands as two of its most beloved characters return to take centre stage! Join Eisner Award-winning writer Pornsak Pichetshote (The Good Asian, Infidel) and celebrated artist Jeff Stokely to take the Dead Boys to the scariest place of all: the heart of Hollywood!
